Returns, simply

Not quite right? You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

What can be returned

Clothing and shoes that are unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached.
Shoes should be tried on indoors only, with no wear on the soles.

What can't be returned

Earrings and other jewellery, for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Anything worn, washed, altered or missing its tags.

How to start a return

Email us at info@lovelysteals.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
We'll reply with your return address and instructions. Please don't send items back before we confirm, as returns go to our US partner warehouse.
Pack the item securely with its tags and send it back with tracking.

Refunds

Once the warehouse receives and checks your return, we refund the item price to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it. Shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refundable, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wasn't what you ordered.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

So sorry! Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
